What should i do

I tried to go on-line and play my game Crysis 2 and when i connected my xbox to my internet connection(have not done this for a long time) xbox said , there is a new update available and i should download it . So i did , when it was applied suddenly it stopped to a point with a code *C0005-3002(do not remember the whole code) so i "runned up" to the the support it said do some stuff i did them and when i retried installing the bar went farther away but then stopped again!!! This time with a code 3151 335a B680 0F00 C000 0034 and now support said i need to contact with you and that my xbox needs fixing. This happened 01 / July / 2011 4:30 england time and the support in my country is until 4 on friday! Yeah why should always be me the one who has to "suffer" because you can't create a decent update???

Like Xbox support said, you need to send your Xbox in for repairs.
