Services Blocked on Adult Account

Hi:

I gave my younger brother my old xbox 360 when I got a slim; he got his own account and I am the 'parent' on that account. I have the family settings to adult and have his profile settings on adult as well.

He is able to access netflix and he got a hulu+ account yesterday but it is saying hulu+ is blocked on his account and now he is telling me he can't access facebook or twitter either ( I don't know if he has used these services before). Is there a way to change the settings so he has access to those services because I couldn't find what to change?

Well, there are some things that MS will not allow any account to access if the account holder's age is below 18.  I know that Rated M demos are one.  You might want to check about the FB, TW, and H+.  It does not matter about the Family/parental settings on some...it hinges entirely on the age of the account holder.  Assuming you entered it correctly.

No but if the age on the account is below 18, you will not be able to use certain features.

It'd be worth checking to see if the Family Settings are enabled on the account.

Sign in and press the Guide Button. Go across to the Settings Blade and pick the Family Settings option.

the adult settings block all that, if he might be lying to you to remove the adult setting.
