Memory card data transfer

is there any way to transfer the data that i have on my memory card to HDD?

iKing Rebellion

System settings -> Memory -> Move/Transfer content (Memory card to XBOX)

OR if your talking about a USB: format the USB (in memory in one of the settings) then download games to that from "transfer content"
