IM BEING HACKED

I was just enjoying trick shotting the other day, when this guy broke my router, got my console banned, and stole my account

his gamertag is [GT Removed] and he loves to hack

i was just wondering what should i do

nobody can ban your console but the enforcement team, it was something YOU did that had them ban it, not some 'hacker', and you cannot post a game tag on the forum as it is not allowed.  if your account was 'stolen' contact support and they will help you get it back, or they will try.

You need to phone Xbox Support as soon as possible.

the only way to get a console ban, to my knowledge, is if you sent  your console in for a repair and they found that you had opened your console

No, if you sent it for repair and they found out that you opened your console, they will not fix it.

Th way they can tell if people have modified their consoles, is over Xbox LIVE, as everything has a serial number, for example the hard drive and DVD drive.
