I have been booted offline by one player and I need help.

Hello, I am making this becuase I was being booted offline by a xbox live member. I was beating this person in a game of Call of Duty 4 and then I get a message saying hes going to boot me ( I still have the message ) then 5 mins goes by he sends me another message saying "bye" then my xbox freezes, I restart me xbox and it can't connect to the internet also my phone and laptop could not connect either. I contact my ISP and the police they were not much help, I was offline for about an hour and this person was telling me that he'll do it again and again if he wants. I just want this person to get warned to stop doing this or a slight banned whatever it takes. I do not want to be paying for somthing where I can just be hit offline by a random person, not only that but this person now has my street address because they obtained my IP adress. I will give the gamertag in a private message because I am not sure if putting sombody on blast in the forums is allowed. Please message back, thank you.
