HELP WITH XBOX LIVE!!!

 

i have tred everything xbox as give me, i have no firewalls blocked, it stops working between internet and xbox live

i live in coldspring texas, usa,    xbox live works sometimes then will stop working then will work again, my xbox is up to date, it was working yesterday i turn my xbox of for 10 secouds then when i got back on it no xbox live

i have a xbox 360 pro

Modem brand: motorola

Network Connection Type: Wired

Things you have tried: Everything on xbox subport

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection"

  • what is the exact message shown on screen? your console is connected to the internet but cant be contact abox live
  • turn your router or modem off and back on then wait 30 seconds
  • have you restarted your modem

Are you connected to the modem, or to a router? If you're connected to the router, can you try a direct connection to the modem instead?
