Gamertag-Wechsel fehlgeschlagen

Hey Leute!

Ich habe mir gestern erst einen Windows Live Account für DIRT 3 erstellt und habe die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen, den Gamertag ein mal kostenlos zu ändern.

Ich tippte also ein "Megagoth1702", klickte auf "Gamertag übernehmen" und ... nichts passierte. Unten in der Leiste stand "warten auf xbox.live blabla". Also drückte ich nochmal auf "Gamertag übernehmen"... Und landede auf der gleichen Seite, nur dass das Eingabefeld leer war. Ich tippte also nochmal meinen gewünschen Gamertag ein und plötzlich wird mir gesagt, der wäre schon vergeben.

Hah, sicher ist er das. An MICH! Aber irgendwie tauche ich immer noch als TulpenVerehrer auf. Was kann ich tun? Geld für GeierSoft Points ausgeben steht GANZ unten auf meiner Liste... Gibt es eine offizielle Support Mailadresse? Die habe ich noch nicht gefunden, aber große Firmen verstecken die auch ganz gerne...

Verstecken sieht anders aus.

Hättest du nach deinem Post nur mal nach unten geschaut auf den grauen Balken wäre dir das Wort Support aufgefallen......

Aber ich bin ja nicht so und hier hast du den Link. Nebenbei ist der Gamertag den du haben möchtest anscheinend nicht vergeben da ich ihn nicht finden kann.

Nunja kannst es ja mal beim Support probieren.Vielleicht sehen die ja einen Zusammenhang in der Datenbank zwischen deinem Xbox Live Account und dem neuen Nickname. Dann machen die das bestimmt. Wenn nicht, weißt Du es für´s nächste mal besser. Warten wäre wohl besser gewesen ;)

Ich habe mir den Support-Teil sehr genau angeschaut und nichts passendes gefunden. Da geht es eher um leuchtende Buttons und Konsolenprobleme... Also Hardware. Ich bin niemand, der sofort beim ersten Problem ins Forum ballert, ohne Google & Seitensuchen genutzt zu haben... Und ich hab nicht mal ne xbox, ich bin PC Spieler. Microsoft hat uns dieses  "games for windows live" aufgezwungen, bah. Nur Stress damit. :p

Warum der agressive ton?

Die Buttons bei "Kontakt" bringen mich nur auf die Supportseite, da wird keine Nummer angezeigt, keine Email-Adresse, gar nichts.

Gib mir bitte die support-mail Adresse/die Support Nummer und ich werde da mal anrufen.
