Family Pack Special

When I renewed in January I clicked a link that was family link that came with 800 microsft points, but after a long drawn out process Kevin finally shed a light on me getting derailed by some crazywhat I can only say was a glitch. For you see that offer was valid in november and march only so January no points.... why could not the other two reps I called let me know that? instead I kept on the mission of getting the one thing that sold me the points. The points is what sold me! either way... still a happy xbox live customer but may I recomend if you make it a deal keep it a deal! and maybe not use the same icons that say 800 points to bring you to a differnt package!

also if you can check the contact email connected to your windows live id

The only Family Pack promo at this time was for 12M+2M, and it looks like you didn't take part in this. When there is a promo on the dashboard, you have to sign up through the tile, not through the normal renew screen. I apologize, but at this time it doesn't look like you qualified for this promo.
