I entered the Wrong Code and now i cant use my moms debit card?

I wanted to get 400 MC to get the new camo's on bo2 but now i cant use her debit card and that is the only one and she doesnt want to make a paypal account PLZ like help me and let me use my moms Debit card cause i dont want a 1600 MC i just want 400.
