I hate it when I lose my awesome dude! Seriously though, it could be anything from your browser (clear cache, restart) or the website not catching up with the LIVE service. Are you noticing any irregularities on the console?

When you say connected to Live, do you mean is the Xbox simply on or whether or not I have a Silver/Gold account? Xbox is off, Gold account.

What sort of irregularities do you mean? Nothing has stood out but I don't take a great deal of notice...

What brought this to my attention is the fact that a mate of mine got a third party app for his iPhone to send/receive messages and noticed that my guy was not my guy! I jumped on to the Android market to downloaded a couple as well and got the same result. So, I got on here to see if it could be some sort of privacy option that is hiding him from third party sources only to find him missing from my profile!

It doesn't matter if you have silver or Gold subscription. If the Xbox is connected to Xbox LIVE, it should be updated here, although it does take some time.

Another user who has that app might be able to provide some information. Our official support team doesn't have any additional info on that program, however.
