APP XBOX ERRO WINDOWS 10 0x3ec, como corrigir?

Nao consigo entrar no app do xbox pelo meu windows 10 sempre da esse erro de 0x3ec, alguem sabe resolver?

Is the time-zone correct on your Windows 10 PC? We normally see this error pop-up when the time settings are incorrect on your PC. Check to make sure your Windows 10 PC's clock is correct and let us know if that helps!
