30 day Gold trial stop working

Hi there.

It appears your account has completely reverted back to Silver, unless the account you're using via the website is not your main account you use on your console. Did you receive any error messages or codes before your account reverted back?

It looks like the free trial didn't work. There was a free gold weekend this past weekend on live which could be why you were able to play online with a silver account.

no i did not get any error message or anything, is there anything i can do to get the gold trial without creating a new account?

i signed up and it told me you have 30 trial so i clicked on it and it told me that i can not go on xbox marketplace and in put me to the dashboard and i tried to find it again but it just showed me all the gold members but not the 30 day trial and i've never seen any compony do that before in my life =(
