Bad Image error when opening programs
[program name.exe]-Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\tadeliho.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
Then there's an OK button. When I click on the OK, the program runs and there doesn't seem to be any problems with the programs themselves. This happened when I tried to open games like Spider Solitaire or Minesweeper, when I opened IExplorer, or any other application.
What does this mean????? And should I be worried?

I've just encountered this problem after a windows update, my antivirus found nothing but I found that the update didn't update right. After a while I couldn't figure out what to do so I restored from the update and my computer was fine.

C:\Windows\system32\tadeliho.dll
What did you use to check your system has been check for
viruses and malware?
Not every scanning tool seems to know about everything, so perhaps your scanning tool just didn't recognize anything that it knows about as a problem. It is prudent to use more than one scanning tool.
I would do this:

I just get it randomly every minute or two but every other detail is the same.
