Bad Image error when opening programs

While booting up, and while running programs, when I open ANY program (or the programs that run during startup) I get this message:

[program name.exe]-Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\tadeliho.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Then there's an OK button. When I click on the OK, the program runs and there doesn't seem to be any problems with the programs themselves. This happened when I tried to open games like Spider Solitaire or Minesweeper, when I opened IExplorer, or any other application.

What does this mean????? And should I be worried?
That is a malware file and your computer is infected. To clean it up:

I've just encountered this problem after a windows update, my antivirus found nothing but I found that the update didn't update right. After a while I couldn't figure out what to do so I restored from the update and my computer was fine.

i am having the same problem...for a few months now.
i had cleaned up my restore points, so that is no longer an option.
i have checked my system for viruses and malware, and that is also not a problem.

help!

I've been having this problem for a few months now and i still get the error windows popping up every time i open a program.  or i get several of them during boot up.
it is annoying but otherwise my system works fine.
i'd like to solve this problem!

restore points were cleaned out so i do not have that option.

my system has been checked for virus and malware.

anyone have some solution methods to take care of this?

Are you getting the same error message about:

C:\Windows\system32\tadeliho.dll

What did you use to check your system has been check for
viruses and malware?

Not every scanning tool seems to know about everything, so perhaps your scanning tool just didn't recognize anything that it knows about as a problem.  It is prudent to use more than one scanning tool.

I would do this:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM):  http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS):  http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.

Reboot your computer and troubleshoot remaining issues.

I just get it randomly every minute or two but every other detail is the same.
