Trying to enable hyper-V on new pc.
I have confirmed cpu supports hyper-v using the intel cpu tool as well as Securable.exe
Securable comes up with the following information:
Intel Core i7-3n70x CPU @ 3.5 GHz
Maximum bit length = 64
Hardware D.E.P= Yes
Hardware Virtualization = Yes
Typing MSINFO32 into the windows 8 tile window brings up in system information:
Under System Summary
Hyper-V VM Monitor Mode Extensions - YES
Hyper-V Second Level Address Translation Extensions - YES
Hyper-V Virtualisation Enabled in firmware - YES
Hyper-V Data Execution protection - YES
Everything looks as expected.
BTW, Running Windows 8 PRO
I'm out of ideas in regards how to make the option appear in 'Turn windows features on/off'
Help .... Anyone!!!
