Is there a product key reverse look up?

Does it belong to you? If it belonged to you, I would see the concern. If there is no immediate need or purpose for it, I would set it aside until a situation arises where an application might require a product key and it turs out that it belongs to it.
You could run Belarc adivsor which retreive all your product keys and compare it with what it finds to see if it matches with any of the results:

BTW: This key is probably not a "recent" Windows key.
