Are you accessing your mail by using a browser, such as Internet Explorer? If so, you will get more help by posting that issue in the IE forum:

· How are you trying to access your yahoo e-mail? Is it using Internet Explorer or any email client?

· What is the blue screen error message or error code that you get?

· Do you remember making any changes to the computer after which the issue started?
