REACTIVATE Windows 10 version 1809

I downloaded Windows 10 version 1809 through Windows Updates. Everything was working great.

I had an issue with Disk Cleanup and I reverted to an earlier version of Windows 10 trying to find a restore point.

Went back to Windows Update trying to reinstall version 1809. Windows Updates said I was up to date.

Looking at my Update history it shows that version 1809 was successfully installed 10/3/2018.

Below that, history showed that version 1803 was successfully installed 10/3/2018.

Now I am running version 1803, can not find a way to get back to 1809 and can not reinstall because

Update history says I already have it.

How can I configure Windows 10 to let me access and run version 1809 which is installed but being overridden by

version 1803. Update history is showing 1803 as being installed after 1809.

I tried uninstalling version 1803. Went back to Windows Update and it told me I had updates available.

Problem is it wanted to install 1803 again.

I cancelled that. System says it is running version 1803 with 1809 installed. How do I get the new version back?

Yea. This is crazy and it's my fault. Thanks for any help.

Hi Ross

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what actual version of Windows 10 (1803 or 1809) are you running?

Hi,
you may try to reinstall 1809 from USB drive created by Media Creation Tool.
Or try DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command.
Run it from PowerShell (administrator.
