Product key shows as BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB?

I'm trying to find my product key so I can do a fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro, I have used various third party software to try find it but they all say the same thing: BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB

Now its obvious that this isn't my product key, Can anyone help me to find my real product key and resolve this issue?

I have not got the product key anywhere else, I lost it ages ago and have been unable to find it, Also I installed it myself so It did not come already installed when I bought the PC. I really need my key to re-install it as my OS is not working properly, I have tried everything and there is no other option,

Please help!

Those sets of keys indicate your were running a volume license client copy of WIndows 8.1 Pro.

Volume License copies of Windows 8.1 Pro are only licensed to larger companies doing large deployments of WIndows.

Where did you obtain this license from?

If you did not obtain it from your employer, you need to purchase a genuine copy of Windows 8.1 Pro:

Oncey ou have purchased a license:

Press Windows key + R

Type: slui.exe 3

Hit Enter

Enter the product key and click Next to activate over the Internet.
