Blank/empty options in context menu.

I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit). As I've attached a screenshot of the problem; there are two blank/empty options in the context menu, when right click on the "*.iso" files. Nothing happens when I click on those spaces. I think, this happened when I uninstalled Daemon Tools (cleaned leftovers with IObit Uninstaller). I'm unable to fix this after many attempts. I've used the following troubleshooting steps & softwares :-

  1. CCleaner (Piriform)
  2. Glary Utilities (Glarysoft)
  3. ShellExView (Nirsoft)
  4. Revo Uninstaller
  5. 360 Total Security (Qihoo)
  6. sfc /scannow

Everything returned with error-free results and solved the common junk and registry issues. What to do now? Please help me...!

IObit Uninstaller   <<<< talk to them.  Lots of people seem to develop little problems when using the  io bit products.

I might search one of the other items on the context menu and look at it in the registry.  Perhaps I would see the reason there ... if I could find the right spot in the registry.   Gets complicated with office.

I found the solution and solved the problem of shell context menu. I've used few softwares i.e. :-

  1. <Removed>

Now the empty spaces / blank entries are gone and my PC's shell context menu is clean & optimized. It also fixed many minor slow-downs and problems.

Note:-

  1. Please make a backup of registry and create a system restore point before performing any repairs with these programs.
  2. Use these programs with the same priority/preference as I've given.

Let me know the results after trying these steps.

Thanks!
