Microsoft Teams sign in error

We use MS teams in our organisation and we access it through our Office 365 for business license. Since recently some of our users receive the following notification requesting to authorize their credentials while working on the application.

When they hit the submit button, the whole dialog box freezes. Could you please help us to understand why this is happening and how to get rid of this authentication messages.

Thank you

Hi Shawn,

I'm facing the same issue. Where else can I make the changes on from the local PC? I'm refraining from asking to make changes to policies from the IT.

Regards,

Kevin
