Account region - UK
Physical region - UK
Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Sky
Content you are trying to download - First Strike & Escalation

The error I keep getting is "this content is not avalible in your region" despite the fact they're both listed as for use only with the English version of Black Ops in the description. I've tried buying it via the website, the in game store and from the marketplace on the console and I get the same error every time. I checked with billing and that says my account is based in the UK too. Suggestions?

Having the same issue.

Downloaded First strike when it first came out but can not download escalation.

Same details as you as well:

Account region - UK

Physical region - UK

Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Sky

Content you are trying to download - Black ops: Escalation map pack

yep ironically there seems to be alot of skyboardband users who solved their issue

 

2 things to solve this

1st release your IP and reset your router and modem

reconnect and try again (has been known to solve that issue)

users have reported this works

 or

2nd goto a friends house and download using your friend's connection (non sky) and your account

this worked for the other UK sky boardband users
