"Assigned to other console" - Licence Transfer Error?

When you bring up the active downloads, select the download and choose "Download All Items"

Yes I have tried downloading all items, the same thing happens again.

Ditto same proble with mine transfered all my Dl content to the new consol transferd my License to the new consol only to find out that none of my Dl content will work unless I am signed in to XBox live despite the lisence being transfered why should I have to DL all the content again especialy since I have limted DL content as only have Satelite Iiternet where I live and it has only small Dl Limits

Just set the content to download again. Because it is already on your hard drive all that will be downloaded are the new licenses needed for offline play, which are very small in size.

Im having EXACTLY the same issue. And im redownloading all DLC again from my console. But, it is not the new licenses and are not small in size. They are the Full DLC and now there are two of everything on my console. One from when i done the HDD transfer, and One from the Download.

I have spoken to customer support and they told me to delete the oldest one, being the one i transfered and couldnt play offline. Im @ work atm so will check how things go this afternoon and let ya'll know

I am getting some arcade games on my new 360, and some require me to be online otherwise it's trial is there any fix for this because I'm moving and am not going to have internet for a VERY long time
