payment problems on micro points

Basically i have just purchased 1000 points and need to purchase another 500 for the black ops escalation map pack. i have successfully purchased the 1000 pointa but for some reason it wont let me purchase the last 500 points i dont get why if the 1000 points went through no problems and im using the same card and tried a different one as well and thats not worked plz help me i want to play the new maps!!!!!!
