I recently bought 4200 points and activated the card fine. I made 2 purchases using the points but I have a problem... the second transaction didnt reduce the ammount of points but instead took £19.99 from my bank card.. I deffinatley and i mean deffinatley clicked the 'buy with ms points' button.. so to make sure i wasnt seeing things i tried it again this time with a £14.99 purchase and the same thing happened.. Has this happened to anyone else and who the hell do I call to complain about this? I want the points spent not my hard earned cash in my bank account that is there to pay bills not games... I do have 2 witnesses to this happening, can anyone give me advice on the best course of action?
