i had an adult account that was made into an adult account way back when xbox had a way you could upgrade from a child to an adult account without turning 18. but that account got banned so when i made this one i could not upgrade because xbox had discontinued that. no i want to know if there is anyway to download mature dlc via other profiles on my xbox or some other way. but if i use another profile to download it i need that to work on this account. i know there may be a way to do this because i can play escalation map pack for call of duty black ops, that i downloaded with my now banned account. any ideas?

Is there any way to download mature dlc when i am 14?

If your other account is permanently banned from XBL then everything associated with it is forfeit including; gamer score, Live time, ms points, download content and game saves. No other account would be able to use any of that stuff as it would be locked.
To answer your question, no, there is no way to promote a child account until the account age reached 18 years of age.
