History Channel App Code Needed Every Use?

We use the History Channel app to watch shows on our XBOX 360.  Every single time I log on to the app, it requires me to generate a code and go to our cable provider and confirm service (which we do have service, so that's not the issue).  All the other TV channel apps I use only require this verification once.  Or at least on a very infrequent basis.  Is there a reason why History channel app requires this every single time?  Even if I log out and come back without shutting down the Xbox, it requires a new code and new verification each time the app runs.

 Have you tried deleting the app, clearing your system cache 3 times, then re-downloading the app? See if performing this then performing the code verification continually occurs after each use. Let us know you results.
