Downloadable content stuck at 1 percent complete

I would greatly appreciate some help here. Okay, whenever I attempt to download the Borderlands Secret Armory add-on, it never seems to move past 1 percent complete.  I do know the console is downloading something, for I have a download status meter (which displays the amount of megabytes I have to download for the day) on my PC -- and the meter drains quickly during the download. So something is getting downloaded, I'm just not sure if the info is going to where it's supposed to go. My connection isn't the fastest, but it's better than dsl or dial up. Oh, and I've done what was suggested by canceling the download, deleting it from the cache and starting over. My gut tells me to be patient; but please, if you've had the same problem, let me know. . . .

If your console is connected to your network via wireless then for the purpose of this download either connect it directly to the router or the modem, the latter being the preferred method via an ethernet cord. Then try the download.

I've tried that already. I believe (I hope) that the dlc is downloading, but the completion bar isn't showing the progress (maybe because of a not-so-good connection or lag or something)-- other people have said that their meter stays at one place for a while (i.e. 1 percent) and will jump up after 15 minutes or even an hour or so. If this isn't the case I will (painfully) admit defeat. God I want to play this. As much as I don't want to do, I might fork out the dough and buy the GOTY version.

Can you go to http://speedtest.net on a computer on the same network as the Xbox. Run the test, and post the result image back here for us. Thanks!
