Download Region problem

Well , I live in Argentina and I had bought the latest xbox 360 in Italy. I have a credit card in usa to buy games but I am only able to buy some games , like dante,s inferno or Gears of War 2 .But when I purchase PES 2011 , a message appears. The region of this game is not the same region of your console.

I have this problem with many games like Black ops and I really want to buy it , I don´t know  waht to do please healp me.

since argentina is not a xbox supported region

it is not possible for you to get black ops mappacks or gears of wars mappacks as they are only meant to be purchased in the region of the account they are purchased in

in order to download them you need to be physically in the region of your account

there is no fix

"if you don’t currently live in a LIVE supported region then you may continue to experience issues with purchasing or downloading from the marketplace."

But , why it alows me to buy gear of war 2 , dante´s inferno and not PES 2011? and why it allows me to be a gold member for 12 months?

technically gears of war 2 mappacks  is region locked

not all CONTENT is region locked

but the ones that have distibution rights and internation law restrictions like blackops  you actually have to live in your accounts region
