can't download m rated content

i tried to contact xbox support and did what they said and turned off all those damn family settings and followed this thread but i still can't download the halo reach demo because of age restrictions, and the same thing happens to me when i try to download any other free m rated content... help please

is your account still a child account, if you are 18 or over you have to promote it to an adult account to access most M rated (or RP aka ratings pending) content

not a demo which is NOT a purchased content

is there no way i can download m rated content except for making a new account that is over 18 years old?

it doesn't need to be gold except for exclusives

yes but if you create an account with a false age it is against the terms of service, you will have to wait till you are 18 and promote the account you have now.
