Hello. I purchased Ticket to ride arcade game a long time ago, and had issues getting the fullversion to even be registered when I loaded the game, sometimes it worked, but now I cannot get the fullversion to load at all. I tried those steps above yesterday, but it had no effect. What do I do now?

Hey there a4e! Can you confirm that you are downloading the full version from your purchase history? Also, did you purchase the game on another account or another console? If another console, you may need to do a license transfer to your new console. Let us know, thanks!

I found out about the license transfer before I got any help. It worked.
