Being billed for no reason

Im currently working a lot right now and I haven't had a chance to get on so I canceled my billing but every month im being billed from Microsoft and I don't know how to stop this. But I had my 12 month prepaid still on my account though. Can anyone help me resolve this?

If you've followed all the steps here (support.xbox.com/.../billing-and-memberships-solution) to cancel the automatic payment with no luck, then it's best to contact phone support in your region so they can assist. They will be able to look into your account and keep your personal information private.
