Wired router - Test connection works but I can't connect to Xbox Live?

Hi, having huge problems with the 360 connecting to xbox live. Whenever I try to connect, I get the mesage 'Can't connect to Xbox live, please test connection.' So, I test the connection and it doesn't state that there is any problem at any stage at all. Yet I still won't be able to connect. I'm able to access an error status report which gives me the following info:

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

I've tried every step of the xbox support walkthrough guide and it doesn't work. I'm using an o2 router which is connected to my Xbox 360 via an ethernet cable. If there's anyone out there with any idea of how I can get connected, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just for testing purposes put your xbox in your routers DMZ (basically putting it outside of the routers firewall) to see if its a firewall issue , if it works you can then set up port forwarding , if your not happy leaving the xbox in the DMZ.

its usually in the application sharing section of your router settings if your unsure just google your router model along with the words DMZ and xbox :)
