Telecine play "aguarde..." filme nunca roda

O telecine play nunca funcionou em meu Xbox. Comprei o aparelho por ter o teleciplay, poder jogar e pelo bluray.

Resultado, o telecine play quando escolho o filme é pressiono assistir,  fica eternamente no campo de "ações" "aguarde" e nunca toca NENHUM filme. Sem falar que tentei assistir o nico bluray q eu queria, o do meu casamento e pra minha surpresa erro 0x91d70000.

Aproveitando enquanto ainda consigo jogar.

Talvez essa seja a minha última experiência com o Xbox. 

Telecineplay é culpa do app que não vale nada...cada tempo é um erro diferente já mono estrelei no one e 360! MS deveria ser mais critica com eles, já que não funciona tira da loja!!!

Tenho o mesmo problema que vc Igor, ativo o game pelo site e quando tento ver algum filme fica no "aguarde...". Já tentei contato pelo Face e Twitter para ver se existe alguma solução, mas até agora nada. Pior que nem da pra ver pelo navegador do Xbox One, a MS tinha que tomar uma atitude neste caso...
