Parental password

Hello.

I bought used Xbox 360 E and everything is ok, but there is set a parental password. I tried almost every code which had to help me reset my xbox to factory settings, but nothing happend. Can you guys advise me something about that? Helpline in my country is already closed, so I will call them tomorrow, unless you guys can do something about that. My dashboard 2.0.17349.0. If you have any codes to resert xbox or any other ways to do that please help!

To reset the passcode you will need to contact support directly. 1-800-469-9269   for US  & Canada . Or you can chat with them here support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Hello,

Yes you must contact support so they can give you a special code to unlock.

There are many places that report being able to do it themselves : www.xboxrepairservice.com/parentalcontrol.html

Apparently each console is unique and will have its on unique sequence code.
