New dashboard screen tearing

Anyone experience this?

I haven't experienced anything like this.

Have you tried going to system settings and changing the resolution of your 360 to see if it makes any difference?

I noticed the tearing when pulling up the guide. This was happening in the dashboard preview also. From what I've read  it was reported but ignored by microsoft.

The tearing is most visible when pulling up the guide while looking at the social tab. It tears every time.

I'm shocked that this isn't a bigger issue.

It still happens even after the latest dashboard update.

It tears on the edges of certain windows you bring up.

For a good example just go over to the settings tab and click on the profile square and as the window starts to pop up

Try to look at the edge tearing on the window.

Its pretty bad.

It is a widespread issue........It even happens on my friends 360 slim console. (I saw it for myself)

@4:34 of of video and @4:47 the screen tearing happens on the edge of the window as it opens or closes.

Keep replaying it at those parts and you will see for yourself.

Also why would I create my own thread wouldn't it just clog the forum up.

Or do you just want to hide the fact that the screen tearing has been going this long without a fix from MS?

A widespread problem would be a problem that affects most users, which this is not.

Do not take this as nullifying your issue, but it is NOT a widespread one.

So it's not widespread even if every 360 on earth has this issue?

For most people this is not a big deal at all and some people probably don't even notice it.

If I spend 300 on a new 360 I expect the UI to work smooth and flawlessly.

I wish more people cared.
