My account got deleted

I had to do a manual update on my Xbox the other day. When I did that it deleted my account and put back on the account that was on it when I first bought my Xbox from Gamestop. I Can't get into Xbox live cause I can't get into my account. I also can't get any of my saved stuff on my hard drive without that account. I'm super frustrated and mad cause I had spent so much money on Xbox live and everything for all my games. When I go to sign in It automatically signs me in under NthCobra3381. My user name was/is RaidersFan John. I have been on the phone with you guys as well as Microsoft. I'm asking if there is anything you guys can do to help me to get my profile back or if it is deleted some how as well as all my saved stuff. 

Hello, I would recommend you try downloading your profile from Xbox live.  Just scroll to the end of the list of profiles when signing in and choose to download a profile.
