LAUZ BlondDemon has been Banned! WHY???

my friend has been banned for ever, why is this like that, why was he banned forever??, i was mostly with all the time if that makes sence, and is there anyway possible that you can unban him, PLEASE LAW INFORCEMENT TEAM, my account has been on xbox for 4 years and he was on it for 2 years also, why does this happen to him, please unban him please or just ban him for a couple of days, we are like family and family cares about eachother. once again we are freaking out about this and want our little buddy back, PLEASE REPLY BACK ASAP!!
