kinect

В комплекте xbox 360 входило два игровых диска, с одним проблем нет, а когда запускаем другой то kinect нас не видит. он пишет одно и тоже (встаньте туда встаньте сюда) что только мы не делали но зеленая лампочка сразу же переключается на красный свет. в kinect id тоже пытались зарегистрироваться но в самый последний момент лампочка загорается с зеленого на красный и нас уже не распознает. даже калибровку делали. в диске лежала карточка. как будто глючит. что делать? ведь с другим диском играет.

а кинект установлен по правилам?

особенно расстояние от пола

да все правильно установлено. в спорт играем а вот в приключения на втором диске не можем. может у кинекта брак какой?

может функцию какую нибудь надо подключить там или где-нибудь нажать что-нибудь?

короче мы тут разобрались, у нас тупо не двигается кинект а мы и не знали что он должен двигаться. поэтому он и тупит. связались со службой поддержки. они сказали что курьером поменяют нам кинект. но я не верю что их курьер прилетит в такую даль ради этого. у нас просто такой курьерской службы тут нет. они обещали что пришлют курьера. жаль что нам попался такой брак.
