Constantly getting Windows Live Network Unavailable on this site.

I am constantly getting this message here.

The Windows Live Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons:

  • This site may be experiencing a problem
  • The site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network

You can:

  • You can sign in or sign up at other sites on the Windows Live Network, or try again later at this site.

If I get logged out for any reason and try to log in on THIS site I get that error. If I try to go to My Accounts on this site, I get that error. If I try to go to xbox.com/paypal I get that error.

I wanted to add my paypal to this account but I can't even view the page to do it. Obviously I have access to the site but certain parts give me that error.

 

Clear your browser cache, restart your browser, visit http://live.com and make sure to log completely out and back in, or try a different browser.
