Connection Test Works, But Won't Connect?

So, it's usually around this time (12am-Xam est) that I can't connect to LIVE. It just started doing this recently, and I'm not sure if it's because of the bad storms here lately or what, but it still doesn't make sense.

I can't connect to LIVE. I go to "Test Connection," and everything works. I then go to my dashboard and connect, but I get a message saying, "Some online content is not available."

So, I say, "Whatever." I go to play Reach, press the Xbox button on my controller, and it says I'm not signed in. So, I click "Connect to Xbox LIVE," and it doesn't connect.

Any help would be appreciated.
