connection fail?

i am trying to update to gold membership but when i select confirm payment a pop-up says it cannot retrieve information from LIVE but when i tested my connection the results said it had perfect connection why is this happening

First try clearing system cache, then re-download you acc.

Not work tell me.

You go it working your self tell me, I'm allays trying to improve my information.
