conection a xbox live..

the console was purchased in Laval, Quebec. but by making the configuration of the system and create the profile, country of origin is placed canada, but we subsequently registered appears as if it were acquired in Colombia .. not allow us to change the country, and not let us download the games that came with the console that are 5 and also trying to load the xbox live gold membership targeta appears "can not retrieve information from xbox live. try again later. 8016A04B status code the xbox ".... is acquired in Canada, Laval, Quebec and live in the same place .. we do not live in Colombia, and the console has been moved to Colombia. So you bought the console in Quebec but now the console is in Columbia? Or are you still in Canada? IF you are in Columbia then you should be able to change your region from your Account on xbox.com. Just select My Account in the upper right hand corner under your gamertag and you can change Region to any available region from the selections. Also, bare in mind some content may not be available in one region when purchased in another.
