claro video

en claro video no puedo iniciar sesión me aparece un mensaje que dice "Clarovideo no está disponible en este momento, vuelva a intentarlo más tarde..." ya hice lo q me dijeron en soporte técnico elimine la aplicación y la volví a d3scargarla y sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje

a mi me sale lo mismo

y no es bronca de xbox

lo que pasa es que la app no es tan buena ya que no se conecta rapido a los servidores

le pasa lo mismo a la de televisa y la de tvazteca

es mas ni en una tableta es tan buena la app de claro video

Tuve el mismo problema. lo que me ayudo es moverme poco a poco por los menús de películas, si te fijas, cambia muy rápido las películas con rb y lb y te regresaras a las primeras películas (si me explico)

Si es una App con muchos bugs, aun su sistema de recuperación de contraseñas tiene bugs, por eso prefiero netflix, solo probé claro por la promoción de mes gratis para clientes infinitum. te recomiendo que llames a claro y reclames, yo lo hice y me dieron otro mes gratis de servicio. pues no pudieron ayudarme por el bug de programación que tienen en su sistema de contraseñas.

La aplicacion es mediocre. Yo lo ocupo desde el navegador (Tiene mucho de cartoon network de lo viejo, Nick y MALCOM IN THE MIDDLE COMPLETO). La verdad en xbox solo netflix rifa. Mejor conecta tu compu a la tele.
