3rd party Xbox 360 FAT hard drives...

Hello everyone! I have an X360 premium (FAT console version) with 60GB hard drive. I am now looking for 120GB+ hard drives for my X360 but it is really hard to buy them. I have already done some research but can't find any information about mounting 3rd party 250GB hard drives for Xbox 360 consolse. I wonder if it is possible and legal, as such hdd's seem to be somewhat popular.

Here is a question to MS. Is it really so hard to produce 250GB HDD's for old consoles? I am really happy with my fatty x360 but it seems like if I wanted more storage space for games on demand I will need to buy new X360 slim, and if so it is not fair!

You can still find 250GB hard drive available for the old Fat consoles LINK but they tend to be quite expensive since they are no longer made.

I'd avoid third party copies as not only can they prove unreliable for keeping your data safe but the use of any non-licensed hardware could lead to a ban, though that chance is small I wouldn't risk it myself.
