2 Months of gold for £2 Status code (80190848)

im trying to use this service with my visa and its not working no matter how many times i try it dont work ive checked all my details adress ect. its all perfect so this is something wrong with xbox

3 days now its like this im stuck on boring old SILVER status as this dam thing aint working please help.

Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If that doesn't work, call support and talk to billing.

Mmmm ok ill give it another look over then if i do ring billing can i get this same special offer?

I don't know if they can get it for you over the phone, but they can help you sort out your billing issue, then you can purchase it on the dashboard.

Like mentioned above, you need to check your billing information and get it fixed by calling 1800-4MyXbox
