Registry Cannot Load the HIVE file; Need to fix WITHOUT the Recovery Console, computer will not play my Windows Recovery disc.

I need to fix my computer, I got the blue screen of death with the following error message. Registry cannot load the "HIVE" file \systemRoot\system32\config\SOFTWARE.

I have read all the forums on how to fix this. I have tried all the ways that have been listed. None have worked so far because I cannot get my CD player to load to run my Windows XP Pro disc to start the repair.

Is there a way to fix this without the disc. I cannot get the computer past the Windows XP display before it goes blue. It is a systemax original computer, but I have since rebuilt it myself with new motherboard, hard drive, cdrom, dvdrom, ram, fans, cpu etc... I just got a new monitor and hooked it up and the blue screen of death showed up after I turned the computer back on. I have been trying to fix this for 4 days now. Someone please HELP ME.
