"NMIndexStoreSvr.exe" error constantly pops up

NMIndexStoreSvr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

The above error report has been a constant every-day problem for many months. 

I cannot remove it.

I keep sending the error reports every day but Microsoft ignores them.  Why?

I do NOT know how to fix this problem.  I need your help.

Hello RC133,

 

 In addition to Azam K's response,  I have included a link below from the Microsoft Answers Forum.  User reported the exact error you are getting.  Be aware the user on other link is running Windows 7, but is getting same error related to Nero Burning ROM.

 

Please let us know status.

Hi,

I would suggest you to try performing clean boot and check if it helps:

NOTE: After you have finished troubleshooting, make sure you reset the computer to normal startup mode as suggested in step7 from the above KB article.
