Original Title: Windows mail
My windows mail has stopped sending mail. I was offline the last 4 days and my antivirus went black list so it had to be repaired. In fact before I even did the repair windows would not send. I can receive mail not send. Here is the error reason they provide:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'renee', Server: '196.30.31.203', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B
Also this vista computer has NEVER been able to copy and paste successfully as my XP computer does. The only way I can copy anything onto Microsoft Works Word Processor is to paste onto a Create Mail in New Message box and then copy that and only then am I able to paste onto a Microsoft Works Word Processor document. Is that the only way to copy and paste with Microsoft in future?
Also there is so much on this vista machine which makes its slower than my XP computer that is more than 10 years old. When I logon in the morning I have to wait for ages for all these programs to load and the vast majority of them I do not use. Please let me know which programs I can remove from this vista pc to provide more space and to enable the machine to at least provide the same speed as my XP computer..
I look forward to your assistance
Thank you
Renee
