i use dell studio xps  8100  and i receive 2 item for me to review  after check my desktop using winsow 8 upgrade assistant.

That is true, I encountered same error.    Check with the PC manufacturer for a possible BIOS upgrade.

 

Secure Boot is a prominent new security feature built into Windows 8 supported on hardware that only supports the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface.
