how do i get my 6 digit code, microsft are closed at the moment, in the uk

How do you know you need a 6-digit code for online remote assistance? Please provide a complete explanation of what you're trying to accomplish and why.

it doesn't say ive not recieved an email, i tried ringing but they said the office is shut, is there another number i can ring thats open? or someone i can email, regards lee
